“Industrial zones play an important role in the diversification of the economy, especially in the development of the non-oil industry. In 2021, industrial zones produced 2.4 billion manats worth of goods, which is 88.3% more than the previous year,” said Azerbaijan`s Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov.
“In 2021, the share of industrial zones in the non-oil industrial production increased to 15.5%, whilst the share in growth of non-oil industrial production was 30%,” the minister added.
